Scene 01: Samar and his Manager are arguing in the “Manager’s room”…OOPS…”Argument Room”.

Scene 02: Samar is standing annoyed after the argument and a poster on the wall reads – “ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO DEFEAT AN IDIOT IN AN ARGUMENT, SPECIALLY IF HE IS YOUR MANAGER”

Commentary:

Its a normal scene, employees and manager having argument over some design or approach towards a problem. Almost 70% of times the manager is speaking bulls**t. He even if does not have understanding of the system, he will keep on arguing and trying to prove that he is correct.

Employees feel: “Arre samjha karo yaar – ab tum coding nahi karte, system design nahi karte, aur yeh system different hai unse jo abtak tumne dekhe hain, so pareshan mat karo aur humein apna kaam karne do“.

The arguments go more funny and more heated if your manager happens to be a lady. I used to love to argue with my lady manager. She was beautiful and very argumentive. She would argue on anything – timelines, approach, design, coding, documentation, automation anything. I used to think that if I will tell her that she is beautiful she will even differ on this and would argue with me. So no matter what, argument will be there. That was the time when “Manager Room” was renamed “Argument Room”.

If anyone was going to meet the manager, and someone asked ‘where are you going?’ the prompt answer would be ‘going to argument room to have arguments with the argumentor‘.
