Samar: Howz the job buddy?

Friend: Its nice as of now…give me some more time to start complaining for everything.

Commentary:

Firstly this is my FIRST COLORED CARTOON.  I know the colors are not good. It takes time to color the cartoon, so I thought of using Photoshop to color it. Please do let me know if you know of any other effective way to make colored cartoons.

Anyway, leave all that. This cartoon is actually the reality. Everyone leaves on company moves to another, likes the new place for some time and then starts complaining for everything – office politics, team members, working environment, salary, manager, work and what not. I know some people complaining about the toilets even.

People will say that they are leaving Job1 because there isn’t much work. Then they will leave Job2 saying – “They going to kill me with so much of work pressure”. The cycle will keep on going on n on. Then one day they will leave Job7 for want of more money. After getting into the other company they will start feeling that they could have got more. The thirst for more n more money for same amount of work will never end.

In case the company has given them both money and work, then they will start complaining about promotions and office politics.

I don’t think there will ever be anything that can satisfy the employees 100%. Is it because of this reason, companies don’t care at all to look after employee satisfaction?
