Commentary:
It actually happened in Turmoil Inc. There was an employee satisfaction survey to be taken up by the employees. The survey was being conducted by some independent agency. H.R. people did not allow the dissatisfied employees to take up the survey. They said that if you have any grievances then talk to us and if you are happy take up the survey. That day I came to know how “best employers” are decided.
