Keep your expectations lower than your manager can offer.
Commentary:
This cartoon of mine is in continuation to yesterday’s cartoon.
How true it is – “Keep your expectations lower than what your manager can offer”. The basic cause of dissatisfaction is expectation. People who expect just 2 % rise in salary feel happier when getting 5% hike than a person expecting 7% and getting 5%. 
So over come the Moh-Maya of this worldly appraisal system and start expecting nothing.
