The batsman is saying that the evidence of you putting up the finger and I destroying the stumps is not enough to make him believe that he is out.
Commentary:
I made the cartoon long back at the time after 9/11 attack in Mumbai by Pakistan based terrorist groups. India kept of sending the evidences and Pakistan kept on saying that the evidences are not enough, although it was known and visible to everyone.
