Commentary: Samar can be so critical at times. Project discussions used to be one of the most time wasting discussions I have ever come across. All crappy discussion and nothing substantial. Those attending and those presiding over the meeting, both know that whatever root cause analysis is being planned nothing will be implemented. All they would do is to find an escape goat.
