This cartoon is based on the conversation going on Mohit Chauhan’s Facebook wall. Thanks Mohit for the idea.

Though I got a smile after reading that conversation (Don’t know if that smile was for getting an Idea for Dil Se… or it was because of the subtle humor), but now I feel that 95% of us feel that we do more than what we are being paid for. Thats human tendency, everyone feels that he is eligible for more (even Tushar Kapoor can think of getting Filmfare award).

But have we ever realised how much time do we actually work…atleast in Indian IT industry ? Most of us trade in market, or plan TT, then get frequent rush for Coffee followed by conversation demoning the manager or the company policies. Productive hours in a 9 hour working day are typically 4-5, rest go in merry making, yet we always feel we are getting much lesser than what we should be getting.

Some People might be certainly working but not all of us…but ALL of us would be complaining at the same time.
